(May 18, 2021, 6:41 pm)We ordered our Mr. Steam unit from Prince and he was very helpful from the start of our conversation. He had a lot of knowledge about the different steam shower brands and was able to guide us to the right unit based on the our discussion and seeing a picture of our shower. He ordered what we needed and told us it would take several weeks for it to arrive. Once it arrives he will be guiding us through the process required for installation as well. Prince was patient with us and answered all our questions. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase and we would recommend him to our family and friends.

They are efficient, have great prices for my clients, and always have what I need in stock. When I place a large order, I don’t have to pick it all up in one shot. They store it until its ready for my clients. They are friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! Every time I am greeted by Jasmeet, who makes it a breeze when it comes concerns and questions customers might have. She always gives me great prices and impeccable professionalism, highly recommend!!!!!

Avneet went above and beyond to show me various options and find me one that fit my price range. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be going back to Bath in the future.
