Initially, I had issues with contacting customer service on the phone. Was on hold for a long time, and then disconnected before I could speak to someone. The owner subsequently reached out to me to explain that they installed a new phone system, and it wasn't working properly for a short time. As it turns out, this is the period I placed my call to them. My follow-up call to address my order was addressed politely and professionally, and I was satisfied with the response. Great company to get my son's referee gear and uniform.

My understanding is that the Avanti Group themselves is a good company to deal with to get your soccer related supplies from all types of clothing to equipment. The facility itself in the Markham area is nothing fancy. More of a warehouse with a small storefront to show off some of their stuff. Staff was friendly on the date I attended and I was able to get all of the items I needed.

Avanti Sports supplies all of my soccer program coaching and referee products for the past four years. I highly recommend this company for both the quality of their product, and service. Items are shipped quickly, pricing is competitive within the industry, and the customer service team is responsive to any questions or concerns I have. Keep up the great work!

Initially posted a negative review on customer service, however, upon the owner seeing the review I was contacted immediately to discuss.

The issues I experienced was not caused or under the control of Avanti, it was all with the supplier shipping.

After my discussion with the Avanti, I see they have very high standards ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience.

I went here to buy a Prodigy Referee jersey. The person inside helped us find it and let us try it on. the location is very nice and the atmosphere inside is nice too. Also, the selection of stuff for soccer there is soooooo plentiful. The store is roomy and the prices are quite cheap. I wore the jersey to a soccer game when I reffed and it was comfy and cool. Very bright colours! The store also gives you a full store catalouge for the year after you purchase stuff and the prices are included. If you want to buy a lot of soccer stuff such as sprays, goals, mesh, benches, etc. come here today!!!!!!!!!!
