I have now used Paul for the sale of 2 homes and 1 purchase in the past 3 years. Paul and his partner Abtin (APRealty) are true real estate professionals that are incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable in supporting you through the process of buying and/or selling your home. In our situation (March 2019) we wanted a property that could be suitable for building a legal basement apartment. Paul built out clear criteria for our search and we quickly found what we were looking for. We actually ended up in a multiple bid situation but Paul worked some magic and secured the purchase even after coming last minute in the bid process.
