I was expecting my house to be sold in two months and with a range of price less than the price, it was sold.J. Most important is the wonderful strategies’ Alamgir used through the process of the selling.
During our first meeting, Mr. Alamgir stated clearly, what he would do to have the house sold quickly, with very best value, and in a very trustful manner. He listened carefully to our concerns and come up with effective working strategies. He gave us very insightful advice on how to prepare the house to be very attractive to the buyers. He is very open to discussion, answers all my requests, and give useful advices based on his expertise in the business.
Once our house was sold, he constantly follow up with us by advising us on financing, legal process…, saving us a lot of money.
Mr. Alamgir is a very responsible, honest person and trustful (and that’s what we need when dealing with selling and buying at the same time)
