From the moment she walked in, her amiable and unassuming presence put us at ease. She astutely offers suggestions and advice to maximize the marketability of the property. We liked that she communicated frequently with us and kept us abreast of every situation. We interviewed other agents but what cinched it for us was that Teresa came prepared. She understood the value and "uniqueness" of our particular condo.
We found Teresa to be a hardworking, gracious and dedicated agent. Among real estate agents, Teresa is a breath of fresh air!! With her effective marketing strategies, her experience and her knowledge of our condo market, we received and accepted an great offer over asking!
