I took my family here for a nice night out and between the three of us, we shared one of all of the special rolls. 3 of the 6 were AMAZING!!! I don’t doubt the quality ingredients but for the price I paid, I expected to love all of the rolls. The other 3 were really not to anyone in my groups liking and we crave good sushi as we find there isn’t much in Hamilton!! I also found that the restaurant was maybe trying a bit too hard, their tasting menu was 80$ per person... maybe we will make a stop back to try again but I’m not so sure. As a foodie, I’m not afraid to spend money on a great meal but I have my doubts as of now.

(January 19, 2019, 11:34 am)Love this place!! Family business, with the friendliest staff, most consistent, great tasting food, and fair prices. I highly recommend this place to anybody. Everytime I recommend it the feedback is always great. My favourite spot for ???? sushi. Writing this review just made me want to go there today, so I probably will. GREAT WORK PAPER CRANE !!

(December 17, 2018, 2:11 pm)I have to be honest I am not a fan of sushi. But after going to paper crane I have to say I am a convert. I absolutely love the gin roll. The restaurant is awesome and the staff are absolutely the best. Even if you are not a fan of sushi I would give this place a try!
