  I've bought and sold with Mark on many occasions and each time was a pleasant experience. Mark's energetic and passionate personality make house hunting/selling great during what can be a typically overwhelming time for most people, because he takes the time to listen to your needs and wants.   Mark is passionate about what he does and it definitely shows. He sold our house, over asking, in 4 days. He works with your schedule and will always tell you as it is.   Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was amazing at handling the buying and selling of our home. He is very hard working, has great knowledge of the market place and came highly recommended.
  I have worked with other realtors in the past, and had the worst experience until I met Mark. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home.

  We were doing the house hunting as a new comer to Canada. However, we had stringent budget and so were looking for a condo. We searched on realtor.ca app and after a long wait, we found one condo. We received a call from an agent, named Mark. At first, we thought that Mark might be like any other agent, however when we visited the condo and met Mark, we found him to be extremely professional and well spoken. He was very patient with us and as a new buyer we were not aware of the entire process. Mark explained to us each and every step and made it very simple. He was extremely supportive and very responsive. Whenever we had doubt, he immediately explained and clarified it to us to our fullest satisfaction. He was a seller agent and based on his professional attitude we decided to hire his services as a buyer agent. We recommend him to every other sporting family looking for a property to get his services. He will never misguide you. He is the BEST and I would vouche for him 1000%.
