(February 8, 2021, 2:54 pm)I want to extend a huge thank you to Iona Fine Homes for all that you have done for us this past year and half as we demolished a bungalow and built our 3 storey dream home. We are so grateful that Michael DiMascolo lead this project from start to finish and managed it the way he did. His professionalism, calm, easy going nature and patience made what would normally be an especially stressful project seem almost too easy and seamless. Michael was always responsive and had great input along the way and we always appreciated his eye and attention to detail. Thank you again for all the work you have done for us.

(February 22, 2019, 7:46 pm)i just had to share the experience that we had dealing with Micheal Dimascolo. We were building a very difficult stair and at times can be a difficult process. But due to the expertise that Micheal had it made the entire process very simple. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. To be honest every one thinks that they are a builder now a days but Micheal truly is one of the great ones. He knew exactly what was required to support such a stair and how to make sure the site was ready for our team to install. The site was always clean and safe so i knew my guys were not in harms way of any kind. I would recommend Micheal to any one that wants to build a home with ease and honesty.

(January 26, 2019, 7:12 pm)IONA was recommended to me by a friend. I have retained IONA twice to renovate and build a new home. Mike is genuinely good person to work, I didn't know Mike prior to hiring his Company. However, almost immediately after he started working on my project there was a great mutual respect and trust. Mike took care of architecture, hiring engineers, permits, construction work and managing different crews to get the work done, it was delivered on budget with minimum effort on my side. I highly recommend Mike's Company IONA, and his high quality work and ethics.
