After a very extensive and thorough search in finding the right landscaping/hardscaping contractor I came across GreenBay Northern Ltd. , which was a referral from a friends neighbor.  I was impressed at how well this neighbors work had held up 5 years after the work was done. There was a significant buildup of base material in that job due to the elevation changes and no shifting had taken place.
I invited GreenBay Northern's owner to my home. Right off the bat Siamak , the owner/operator made a very good impression. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
Siamak provided a quote and a digital diagram to provide a visual of what the completed work would look like.
In the end we had met with well over 12 landscaping companies and could not ignore the impression Siamak made with us. We invited him back to make sure and instantly knew we were going with GreenBay Northern. The details were discussed which included start date and estimated completion.
Everything went as outlined. I am a very detail oriented customer with extensive knowledge and it was a pleasant surprise to see that Siamak and his crew shared in my attention to detail. We are thrilled with the outcome and everyone who has come to see the work has been impressed with the design and the end results.
There are a million landscaping companies out there that can do a good job. Most will look good upon completion... the difference with getting the right contractor is with the 'BASE' preparation. That will determine what the job will look like a few years down the road.
Landscaping costs can be quite substantial and you want the job done right and you want to know that your contractor will be around in case something pops up down the road. We had a great experience working with Siamak and the Greenbay Northern team. We needed to replace our old deck and I was thrilled with the creative solutions that Siamak brought to the table. He was able to reinvent the space to make our backyard more welcoming and usable while staying within our original budget.

We completed a major landscaping project about 4 weeks ago. Green Bay Northern impressed us from the very first in-person consultation. Siamak's experience was extremely helpful in crafting a vision for our landscaping. Our project involved a complete ground up build of the back yard, side walkway, front porch, front walkway and driveway. Project was completed in 15 days with the utmost professionalism. Siamak was hands-on and present at points though out each day. Staff started early and finished late each day, were extremely polite and cleaned up after each shift. Siamak was very accommodating to some of our last minute change requests as well. We can’t say enough here about how pleased we are with Siamak and his team at Green Bay Northern. We had our driveway, front steps and walkway to the backyard done summer of 2019 and we had a great experience with Greenbay. The owner Siamak is very professional and was extremely hands on for the entire project. Came out looking better than originally thought. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Greenbay Northern did our front porch, steps, walkway and backyard patio landscaping. Five years later, nothing has moved or shifted and everything looks as it should.
