(December 19, 2019, 2:37 am)Pinnacle Construction completed the addition and renovation of our home back in 2015. Brian was very helpful in bringing the renovation of our home from paper to reality. He worked very closely with us to make sure that we were happy every step of the way. With the fact that we were combining an existing build with a new build, it was very important that the two came together and the end product was time consistent. The exterior of the existing house was stripped back to the house wrap and refaced to tie into the new build. All windows were replace prior to refacing to match the new build. Pinnacle Construction was on budget and on time. Pinnacle Construction provided a quote, worked with us to draft up a contract which included a clear scope of work with percent payment of contract lump sum. All extra's were discussed prior to proceeding. All sub-contractors used by Pinnacle were very competent and highly skilled and did an excellent job. Brian with his work experience was a source of information and still today I remain in touch with Brian if I have any construction questions. I highly recommend Pinnancle Construction and will use Brian in the future to build our new cottage.

This year (2019) we needed a contractor again and were delighted to find Brian still in business and as friendly and hardworking as ever. This year's job is now done, and done well, and we have no hesitation in recommending Brian/Pinnacle Contracting.
