(September 15, 2021, 7:04 pm)I needed a gas line installed for a stove as we were converting from electric. The original tech I had cancelled last minute and I had no way to cook. Home Savings got someone out the next morning and quoted the same as the original company. The tech was polite and professional. 5 stars!!!

They not only came to find the problems but also found the best solutions for us. They thought throughly for all the details so we can have peace of mind. Highly recommend Thomas to anyone in need of his services.

(July 14, 2021, 9:35 pm)We got a hot water tank, thermostat and furnace replacement. Before our service was started we spoke to Jay. He took his time and answered all our questions, my wife had alot of questions! We discussed about tank-less vs tank water heater and discussed our furnace options based on our housing needs. Because of a recent renovation we were unable to access the air filter and Jay was able to fix that issue as well. He was very thorough and guided us in making the correct decision for our home. What impressed me the most was that he came the same night to take pictures of our furnace and water heater placement to make sure the furnace move could be done. He communicated to the crew what needed to be done to ensure the job was flawless.
Because our water tank was leaking he was sensitive to our needs and was able to do the repair next day. The crew arrived on time, was very professional and guided us through the operation of our new furnace and thermostat that was installed. After the job was completed they removed the old water heater and furnace so we did not have to deal with the disposal.
Based on my experience with the company I would highly recommend them. -

(June 29, 2021, 1:27 pm)Good communication and patient with customers. However, I wish I have asked a bit more questions about the variable furnace I have selected as my final decision. Just realized that the central fan is not operating at high speed but low speed. Semi forces me to turn ac on to get more air circulation.
