(March 8, 2021, 8:37 pm)Loved this little place! Very clean and tidy. Kids thought it was amazing that everything was mini sized just for them. Attention to detail was amazing! The washing machine actually spun, the grocery store check out scanned and they could even lift mini weights at the gym! My child is 7 and she wasn’t to old for this at all. Will definitely go back :)

(October 11, 2020, 6:42 pm)The booking process and planning was smooth! The Management has a great vision for a customer centric approach. The venue is very clean , new , and bright! Unfortunately, day of - the front line staff did not seem to emulate the vision of the business. Customer service could be improved upon (e.g., holding the door when renters are bringing things in and leaving with gifts, showing the renters where the bathrooms and party room, etc.). Don’t forget socks are required to be in the play area! Also to have guests fill out the waiver prior to arriving! The kids had a really fun time - which is all that matters at the end of the day!
