He's extremely thorough and very professional. He takes the time to answer the purchaser's questions and explains in detail anything that he uncovers along the way. When my clients are looking for an inspector I highly recommend that they use Kyle! The feedback and experience is always extremely positive!

(October 6, 2020, 3:29 pm)Kyle is a consume professional in all aspects of the job. He works well with the clients and is able to both inform and put them at ease with the process. He is not only very knowledgeable, but also naturally curious and so is excellent at sussing out inconsistencies and tracking down root causes.
Homes are a mesh of many overlaying systems and equipment that require understanding and routine maintenance. Kyle explains these details to clients in a clear concise manner leaving them satisfied in knowing they have uncovered indicators to be monitored or improved when they take over the home. I don't think you could ask for more from a home inspection.
Highly Recommended.
