Cavalo Jiu Jitsu is the best best place to train hands down. Andrew level of Jiu Jitsu is very high and his understanding and ability to pass it on to other people is incredible. What I love most about Andrew is his moral character and values that he guides his own life and students..When making a decision to try a Jiu Jitsu school make sure you try one of his classes, you wont be disappointed..
My kids have been going to Cavalo for about a year and they love it! They do a great job of matching discipline with fun all while improving their physical fitness.
Andrew and Connor do a outstanding job of patiently working with kids of all ages and keeping them engaged through the whole class.
Kids benefit from improved attention span, making new friends, pride of winning and good sportsmanship in defeat, most important they develop a passion for the sport quickly. It is easy to see the instructors passion for the sport, they have the respect of the kids and unlike other sports the kids are busy for the full hour long class. I have and would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in getting their child or themselves into any activity boy or girl, from very young to adult. Simply an outstanding place!
Love this place!!! Trainers are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our entire family participates in one or more training sessions here and we have seen tremendous development. We are healthier and stronger because of it. Family friendly , clean and great location!!
I have been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over a year now and I am more than happy with the quality of instruction I have received. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and offer assistance whenever possible. The hours of operation makes it easy to train regularly and as frequently as you would like. The friendly atmosphere is a great motivator to train, even on the days when you are not feeling completely up to it. The conditioning classes are challenging yet achieveable and you see results in a short span of time when working out consistently. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
I started at Cavalo at the beginning of this year. I do the women's conditioning and the boxing. Andrew and his team have been very supportive and helpful!!! The classes are fantastic and they really push you to succeed. Andrew and his club really make you feel welcome and like you are part of the Cavalo family!!!! You are always welcome to try new classes and get the full experience. I would recommend Cavalo to anyone ????
