Smooth process, polite, and great service. They moved a piano for me. They took good care and even layed down blankets when bringing it through my home.
Couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. When I first requested a quote from the company, Bill emailed me back right away, and that's how the communication continued - quick responses, efficient, and very pleasant. The crew that moved my piano were great, extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. The piano was my late grandfather's and had been in the family since I was a small child - I knew that Bill and his crew would take care of it. They definitely knew what they were doing. Highly recommend the company, and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you guys!
My family has moved several times in the last 10 years. The previous movers were 'okay' and one was particularly bad. We used Bill's company and I can honestly tell you that it was the most pleasant experience ever! Shane and his crew arrived 15 minutes before the start time to make sure all the paper work was in order and to get a 'feel' of how to best pack everything into their 2 trucks. His team was exceptionally courteous, worked very diligently, and took extra care in moving our fragile items. This was the treatment in both the loading from our old house to the unloading at our new house. Their prices are very competitive and they went beyond our expectations to deliver great service. Will DEFINITELY use them again if we move, and I strongly recommend this company for anyone in the York region (or GTA for that matter).
Did everything they promised, obviously knew pianos inside and out. They have moved pianos for us on 4 different occasions. Should tell you everything you need to know.
