  Attended petvalu today and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Johnathan he too his time to listen to us and asked our questions very nicely and was very knowledgeable about the products we will definitely be back and petvalu is lucky to have a wonderful person like Johnathan working for them

  I had forgotten to pick up food for my 3 dogs so I called the location at Greenlane and yonge at closing time and they said they would stay open until I got there....the 2 staff working were very pleasant and helpful as well as understanding ????????????

  I have been going to this location for 2 years now and since the new management came in I for sure see the improvement. The store is clean and organized. The manager is accommodating, helpful and Knowledgeable. I will for sure keep purchasing my cat products here and I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.
  
  P.S. - the 2 reviews above are so far from the truth.. In the 2 years that I've been going I have never seen anything like what they have described.. Sounds very fishy to me!
