(June 12, 2022, 4:30 pm)Arman accepted our small 2 day job to 'refresh' our aged deck and front door frame. I believe most contractors would have recommended replacing our entire deck and door, but he saw the potential of power washing, sanding and applying sealer to the decking and paint to the front door. We replaced the deck side privacy panels and the deck looks new again. Arman prices fairly and is very well organized and timely. Recommend 'Como Maintenace Services' highly. You won't be disappointed.

We would absolutely recommend his service and will use his services again in the near future with other projects we have around the house and at our business. We give him 5 stars!
