  Clean, organized-- everything was easy to find, and the self check-out is fast!

  Need improvements in some area.
  1. There are lots of empty shelves on the grocery aisles.
  2. Politeness in the customer service desk is lacking.
  3. There is no people on the floor available.
  4. There is no enough cashiers.
  5. Too much carts on the parking area.

  Great customer service! I called and the lady answered my inquiries about the item that I was looking for in a professional manner. She ask me if how many I need and offered if I want to keep it in the desk service. That was a very kind gesture of her. Keep it up!

  I found this Walmart super-center is huge. Bigger than most I have been in. This Aurora location is located conveniently close to hwy 404. Sadly I saw under stocked shelves with many area with nothing in them. Their prices are generally good as is their specials.I did notice their brand new self serve cashout machines, It is the way of the future.
