I sent a courier to an office that was closed and the owner went above and beyond to make sure my documents were returned promptly and safely. I also used their fax service a couple of times and it's been a wonderful experience every time. Professional services and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this UPS store!

But when I asked Canada Post lady for international express mail, she recommended this shop and I found that UPS offer faster, reliable, even better rate than Canada Post. The owner was very professional and patient throughout the shipping process. The shop provide passport photo, printing, mailbox services as well, one-stop office service. I used to go other places for those services because I never knew that, but definitely would like to recommend this place to Aurora people.

(February 28, 2022, 10:14 pm)Great experience a this UPS location. Came in for passport photos and was very happy with the quick, professional service. I've also processed many shipments and the staff are great, even volunteering to jump in on some packaging I needed to do over the holidays.

Not only was she patient, but she was also very kind and courteous. Outstanding customer service! It's a breath of fresh air. I'll definitely be back.
