Lenard's knowledge and analysis of the market is thorough and insightful, and you are kept up to date as you progress through the Purchase/Sale process. On the Sales side, his office gives good guidance on staging and recommended renos for your home, actually does screen prospective buyers, generates steady traffic, and briefs you on the possibilities and comments of each viewing. On the Purchase side, you are gently guided through the market and its issues, prospects, demographics, hot spots, and niches ..... a good cross section of homes of interest are viewed as you narrow your focus. THEN ..... when it comes to negotiations, there is none better ..... I've watched it four times, if there is a price to be had you will get it.
All in all, you are made to feel confident and comfortable through what is normally a trying time.
