The bubble tea is great, but it's a really small space with slower service and nowhere to sit down. For the price, I prefer chatime close by.

Great drinks....but sometimes if they are busy the wait times can be alittle long. I tried calling ahead to place my orders a few times and no one seems to answer the phones.

Great bubble tea place, authentic flavours and feel. Wait times are substantially long due to its popularity. When ordering more than 2 drinks its best to call in to avoid waiting!

Is Aurora the new 'Markham'? A fabulous bubble tea place and T&T grocery indicates a shift in the demographics and the Alley is a well known and high quality franchise. Samples are ready for tasting, staff are friendly but I wish their app allows you to order your drink ahead of time because it can get busy. Glad they are here in Aurora/Newmarket

I live in the area but haven't been since it opened. I finally went with my friend and her daughter. There was a line of people around 7:15 pm and a few others waiting for their drinks or enjoying their drinks there. Since I've never been the cashier offered a sample of the blueberry no. 9.

After debating between drinks I decided on the brown sugar roasted milk tea. I was curious if I would be able to taste any ginger in the drink. We sat and chatted for a few minutes until our drinks were ready. I forgot to ask if the sugar level could be reduced but full levels of sugar wasn't too bad. I just would've preferred it less sweet. I was surprised that I could actually taste ginger in the drink. I saw in another review that the hot drink was not actually hot. I can confirm that mine wasn't hot either, more on the warm side.
