Synergy Altheltic Performance has all you need to help your physical health. Especially after sitting around for the last 2 years waiting for the pandemic to pass 😆
The facility is beautiful, inviting, bright!, and spacious. The staff are amazing, friendly, and loving. Booking is simple and straightforward. Stephanie (physiotherapist) will take care of you. She's attentive and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed.
Don't hesitate to give this place a try. It's inside Alpha High Performance Centre if you're looking. Would definitely give this place 11 stars if Google allowed. 😊 -

She is very attentive to how my body responds to different treatments like cupping, manual therapy and strengthening exercises. She ensures that everything is optimized for me to attain my goals.

(September 29, 2022, 3:20 am)Best physio!! Highly recommend to go visit Steph if you want someone who will work WITH you to treat and prevent any further injuries. She’s very hands on and makes the exercises sports specific. I’ve visited her for multiple different injuries and returned to sport quicker than I could imagine!
