(January 9, 2023, 4:17 pm)I went to my first class today and the minute I walked in I felt positive energy in the space. The class sizes are small and my instructor today was very kind and patient. I wanted to start pilates not just for the physical benefits but also for my own mental health and I felt great leaving the space. I will definitely be back for more classes. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your morning class.

Rina takes great pride as a Pilates teacher and it shows through in every lesson. Her warm heart, and generous spirit make Rina an even better human. I've trained with Rina for just over a year, and the changes to my body are incredible - both in weight loss and strength! I used to travel by GO Bus from Toronto to see her! She will guide you through an awesome workout, both in-person and virtually! No matter your age or body size, Rina will welcome you with open arms. I'm truly fortunate to have found her and her studio!!

(September 4, 2020, 1:38 pm)I am so glad I decided to go to this studio. Rina is an amazing pilates instructor and uses the best equipment and techniques centered around my own needs. I have continued with one on one sessions with the most amazing results. Nothing else has worked for me to lose weight and become stronger. I also used to go to a chiropractor and now don't need to anymore. I feel the most fit I've ever been. I highly recommend Rina's studio. I will definitely continue on with the classes and one on one instruction. So worth it!
