It was our first home purchase and we were very nervous and anxious not knowing what we are doing, and how to maximize our chances to get approved or to get the good deal that suited our needs etc. Kelly's promise is a promise; she was always attentive, professional, prompt to answer any questions we had, was fast and efficient at all times. Her customer service, patience and kindness throughout the process made this experience the most pleasant one, not to mention that she got the mortgage for us that we needed, without any hassles or headache.
