(August 15, 2020, 9:34 pm)The guys at Impress carpets were a pleasure to deal with. Prices were good, the product looks good and so far the installation looks great too. Communication leading up to the installation day was also great, I received texts in the days leading up to the installation, letting me know when the carpet was in and when it was ready to be delivered. There were reminders about the install day and on the day of installation, there was a text to let me know that they were on time and would be at my house in 10 minutes. The job was done quickly and the installers were pleasant and took care of moving the heavy stuff around to get the job done. If I need carpet again, I will definitely give Bob another call. Thanks guys!

Firstly, I appreciate someone answering the phone on the first call. During the call Bob was very patient, polite and pleasant. He walked me through the various options and associated costs. We made arrangements for measurements, and later the install which was done punctually and respectfully. The price was as agreed, no surprises. Carpet looks great. Thanks to Bob and the team at Impress Carpet, Vinyl & Runner.

(March 14, 2020, 10:57 pm)It's rare that you find a company that delivers on their promises, but Bob at Impress Flooring does just that. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. He showed up the next day with samples, helped pick a carpet suitable for our environment (we have dogs) and helped choose a colour. He was very easy going and true to his word. The installers showed up on time and the agreed upon date and were done in 7 hours!! Excellent installers, very hard working. Bob showed up the morning of the install to make sure everything was OK and called after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's service, and did I mention the upgraded underpad and excellent price!!?? If you're in the market for carpet, call Bob! Thanks Bob, and thank you installers!! (wish I would have written down their names).
