I highly recommend Ridhisha's approach to anyone grappling with a chaotic lifestyle that they WANT to change but FAIL to do so. It turns out the problem isn't just at the surface level, such as lack of confidence or procrastination or whatever else you are assuming it is, but something that lies way deeper.

Over the eight months I coached with Ridhisha, I gradually understood the underlying reasons behind why I do certain things the way I do and what micro behaviours I can adopt to change my lifestyle. I loved the journey! I have brought about so many positive changes in myself over these months, and it's unbelievable when I look back and see the person I was.

I've been to a lot of different tutoring services for my daughter, and found Elevate ADHD coaching to be the best fit for her academic needs.
