  went there twice.. first time it was Oct 2018. service was decent.
  
  Went there again Feb 2019, was served by David and experience was horrible.. no smile all along.. no Thanks or kind words like that all all.... wrote to Corporate office. Corporate office did response quick.
  
  if you go to this particular one, hope you don't get to served by David then your experience will likely be ok

  They are very fun rooms I never sat there wondering which puzzle to do next, the only thing is that they said no jump-scares but all of the containers that opened had high-powered electromagnets. So even when you know it was coming it made everyone jump. But even that made the experience overall better so I have no complaints

  This was my first time for lunch at this location and I wish I could give it 1 star to keep it my hidden gem.
  
  The service was fast and friendly.
  
  The price was a bit more than other places for lunch but I literally have a full meals worth of leftovers so it balanced out.
  
  Really clean, open, relaxed vibe.
  
  Will definitely be back.

  Unfortunately not up to par. Pasta was starchy & salad did not have much dressing. ALSO - THE SERVERS SHOULD "NOT" SERVE FOOD, DISHES 3 AT A TIME & HAVE BOWLS OF FOOD LEANING ON THEIR ARM & AGAINST HER CHEST. TAKE TIME TO SERVE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY !!!

  Really nice place for a family dinner. We celebrated dad's birthday. For dessert he got to choose between a birthday brownie or ice cream. To celebrate your special day, ESM let's you spin the birthday wheel; dad won a lunch coupon. Looks like we will be coming back sooner than expected. A good time had by all.
