Everything is explained, questions welcome, advice relevant and they vacuum up better than I do! I am very happy with my system and these are the folks that keep it running in its best state. (June 20, 2022, 2:05 am)We discovered our AC was leaking into our neighbours ceiling and called Climax Heating & Air Conditioning to come fix it. Moe showed up the next day and found the issue quickly. He was very professional as well as near and tidy. He explained the issue and setup the return visit to install the required part. Moe was available to do the install so job done in no time so we were up and running in short order, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon I was impressed. Great work! We Moe back to do a thorough cleaning of the system and again he was a professional. A very knowledgeable and personable individual. Would gladly have any of these gents back to do work. Thanks for allowing us to keep our cool!

Ali arrived on time but still phoned ahead to say that he was on his way. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and left the place spotless. We were left with a high degree of confidence that the work was done exceptionally well and that my furnace will work flawlessly for another year

Moe called, was on time, friendly, and neat with his appearance & equipment. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it satisfactorily. He quoted a price and that was the cost. I was very impressed by the whole experience and was happy to learn I now have one place to get repairs done. Thanks, Moe!!!

It is always easy to schedule an appointment that fits in my schedule. Technicians are always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a call to let you know that they are on their way. Reza was particularly helpful on this last call answering several questions that I had regarding the humidifier they had installed in the fall, and about my old AC unit. I would highly recommend Climax Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and cooling needs. Also, will definitely call them if I need any appliance repairs!!
