I dealt with Karen, and she was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ever. She was kind, compassionate, funny, efficient, helpful... I could go on and on. Oh, and they fixed my car up so its looking just like new again! Best service ever at this Carstar location!

Was recently getting estimates for repairs due to an accident. Carstar Aurora stood out from the other shops largely due to the time they took to assess the damage and explain the work required, resulting in reasonable, accurate price with no surprises. This first impression won me over as a customer and have returned for maintenance visits and continue to feel confident I am getting the best service. -

The lady that works at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable, she spent lots of time with me explaining the damage on my car and helped me navigate through everything with insurance. She was always very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. They were right on time with getting my car back to me and even explained all the work that was completed on the car. I was beyond impressed with the body work that was done, can not even tell it was in a $13,000 accident! They also have the cutest puppies in the front office. The puppies were so sweet and loving !! I would recommend anyone to this shop. Hope I dont know to go back for body work but if I do I know where I'm taking it.... CARSTAR AURORA!!!
