The parking lot is well planned and laid out. The problem is that many drivers have become so LAZY that they don't even bother to make complete stops at STOP signs! Usurping another driver's right of way doesn't enhance your already pathetic driving skills! We desperately need a DSA (Driving Standards Agency) in Canada ????????!
