I can’t say enough good things about this emergency vet clinic. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with the upmost respect and compassion.
My dog had been really sick with diarrhea for a full day and had a distended abdomen, so at 1am, we decided to take him in to the emergency vet just to be safe. We were greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who briefly explained what the process would be once my dog was admitted. He took my dog and we waited in the car for about an hour before the vet called to explain the outcome of her exam and then provided a few diagnostic options (I.e. X-rays, blood work, etc).
She was very mindful of the cost of each option and provided her professional opinion on the best course of action without pushing unnecessary procedures.
The pricing was fair, and the staff were quick and efficient; we were in and out within about 2 hours.

I have had a very positive experience here recently.

On February 15th, I had to bring my cat Badger who was 20 years old and was experiencing breathing issues and he was declining rapidly.

Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to him that evening but the staff were outstanding and compassionate in what was a very difficult time for me.

They saw Badger immediately as soon as I arrived and after making him comfortable discussed with me the only option at that point.

Every staff member I encountered were understanding and sympathetic. I was allowed to spend some time with Badger in a private room, they gave me as much time as I needed, then when I was ready to say goodbye, the doctor came in and explained to me what would happen as I held him in my arms. I also was allowed to spend as much time as I needed with him afterwards.

A few days later I received a lovely condolence card in the mail that all the staff members had signed and also wrote some words of sympathy. In the top side of the card were two (in ink) paw prints. They were Badgers! I just thought this was a lovely thoughtful touch and I will always cherish that card.
I wanted to share this as it was a very positive experience in a very difficult time.

We had to take our beloved Golden retriever Ladybird to the hospital to be euthanized. Needless to say it was a very emotional time for us. The staff was wonderful and caring right from the very start. When we were escorted to where the procedure was to take place we were happy to see our girl laying on a couch with a blanket on waging her tail, it wasn't clinical and cold. They allowed us as much privacy as we needed to say our goodbyes. When we were ready the doctor came in and explained what was going to happen, it was very peaceful and fast. We are going to miss our sweet girl but we are so grateful for the compassion they gave to us and most importantly our Ladybird 💗

Absolutely amazing and informative service provided today... ( still in thr parking lot as I write this ) the clinic was close, fast friendly and the Dr. knew exactly what was going on with my baby bill (the pom) and made me feel very comfortable with the diagnosis. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!

So grateful for the amazing team here for saving my cat's life! He had a urinary blockage and so we called in advance and took him here right away. The receptionist as well as all the vets that helped we're so kind and understanding, they definitely really cared for him. He had to board 2 nights here, and we were getting multiple calls a day with updates on how he was doing throughout his entire stay. The bill at the end was a bit pricey, but close to what they gave us for the original estimate. Not sure how much this procedure would have cost somewhere else but I'm just so grateful that my baby is doing ok now!
