They should consider giving him a raise to keep him employed here. It's hard to find dedicated employees like him. Great job Luke, you will go far. Thank you Scott Sitzman.

(July 27, 2017, 5:39 pm)The service technicians are very knowledgeable. However, $130/hr for regular hours and 193/hr for overtime fees is a bit much for the average residential homeowner. These fees include travel time from their office to your door and back to there office. They add up very quickly, so be prepared to pay.

The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly that another company had previously missed. I will only use this company from now on for any of my residential generator concerns.
