(January 14, 2021, 4:32 am)My first experience with Sam Samarajeeva of Toronto Mortgage Exchange was when I already had a mortgage on my very first home, a town-house condo. Sam offered me a rate that was so much better, even despite the penalty of breaking the existing mortgage, that I did not hesitate to switch.
Then I had purchased a new Toyota car with financing from Toyota itself and it was not at a rate I was very happy with. Again, Sam came to my rescue by taking on the balance of what I owed Toyota, combined it with my existing mortgage and of course at a better rate. I was a very happy person as I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders because the burden of the separate car loan was a bit heavy on my mind.
Then a few years later, I was ready to move up. I sold my town-house and bought a detached home. The whole deal was made so much easier and bearable with a great mortgage rate and once again from Toronto Mortgage Exchange and by now a very close and trusted friend in Sam. -
