I called in today to ask about buying caliper seals and although they didn't have any, the guy on the other line gave me some other companies to try. He then called me ten mins later with a list of all the local distributers with addresses who might carry what I need. Needless to say I'm super impressed and thankful for this person, this is one of the most pleasant and helpful experiences I've ever received from a call attendant from a manufacturer. I never got his name but caller ID reads Kohli. Thanks Mr. Kohli!!
