You're not only getting a trainer to teach you what you need to do, but a trainer that makes you stop hating the 'workout' feel. You feel accountable and motivated, but yet tough love and push that you need when you're in the gym. Great trainer to have that isn't about fluff and talks, but more on driving towards results.

(September 27, 2022, 12:11 am)My experience with Sultan has been an amazing one! He is a hands on trainer who gets to know his clients and works with them to achieve their goals! He sits down with you and understands what you want to achieve and then creates a personalized fitness and meal plan to help you reach your goals. He explains in depth the exercises that he makes you do and the benefits of them. I have been with him for almost 3 months now and I have never felt better! I have a lot more energy and stamina now as compared to day 1 of training. He holds his clients accountable by making sure they are following his recommendations and personally this has been a great help for me. I cannot wait to continue this journey with him and reach the goals that I have set out for myself!

He will always ensure that his clients are living healthy lifestyle outside gym as well. He work hands on to makes sure I am getting results. I would highly recommend someone looking for either bodybuilding or just want look good.

His attention to detail and understanding that each body responds and executes exercises differently, if what sets him above other coaches. As a trainer myself I was very particular about who I wanted to guide me on this journey of body building, and I have no regrets with him as my coach!
