Fantastic Yoga Studio with two convenient locations and many class options and times! I am just hooked on the deep stretch classes which are amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating. The Himalayan salt walls are such a great touch and health benefit! Unheated slow flow yoga classes were recently added at the Streetsville location and I think this is great!! Thank you Klema ! I must also mention Amy at the Milton location who is just an amazing instructor. She leads the Deep Stretch class through thoughtful sequences delivering them very clearly in a calm, paced and soothing manner. I also truly appreciate the absence of mantra type music. As someone with misphonia this means everything!
Love this studio! Klema is passionate about her business and is the hardest worker I have ever met. She's full of energy and inspires me to push my limits and grow in my practice. I am so strong since I started practicing at Rebirth.
Love the Milton location. It’s easy for me to get to. Instructors are amazing and friendly AND most importantly, no judgement on your level of skill. Lots of variety in classes and good hours
