it is fair to say that Northern Financial Group are one of the best companies to deal with. The owner, Lou Carnevale, is always easy to deal with and provides quick and honest answers to any and all questions. We have been dealing with them for over 20 years, and have never had any issue with claims or renewal rates. The office support staff are also knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Northern Financial Group, for all your investment and group insurance requirements.

I wasn't happy with my current group benefits plan (high premiums, poor service), so I googled insurance providers and Northern Financial came up. I gave them a call and immediately I was transferred to Jason who educated me on the differences between plans, exclusions/inclusions, etc. He was always available either by phone or email, responses were quick, and extremely patient as I must have called/emailed him 5 times/day to clarify things. Northern has a variety of plans that would fit a small business and premiums are very reasonable. Everything - from my first call to them to the day I received the benefits cards - only took one month. It would have been even sooner if I had given him all the employee information quicker.
