(December 19, 2022, 1:46 am)I travel often for business ... YEG - YYZ - Boston, Air Canada was delayed and I missed my connection and had to overnight at the Alt Hotel and decided to eat at the Sosta Pizzeria.
Tired, hungry and frustrated - I arrived ... I left uplifted and satisfied.
1. The pizza ... top 10 ever ... seriously, pepperoni - add mushrooms ... thin crust - amazing.
2. The bar service was excellent, when one bartender was busy chatting with a customer another staff member dropped in to take an order.
3. All 4 staff on tonight (late Sunday) were cheery, service orientated and you could tell enjoyed their job (or at least faked it for the service :) ).
Please recognize the following people ... they went above and beyond - if I owned a restaurant in the GTA, I would steal them to work for me:

(December 17, 2022, 8:55 am)A waitress served us the incorrect pizza order. When the bartender noticed the mistake and we told him that we were okay with getting the wrong pizza, he apologized and said that it was not right to serve the incorrect order and suggested to take care of it. We said okay, and two minutes later we got the right pizza. Despite the accidental mistake, they cared about providing the guest with a positive experience. And the pizza tasted amazing! Great service, a comfy setting, and delicious pizza.

(June 3, 2022, 12:40 pm)Group of us stayed at the hotel for work and had lunch here during our stay. Service was good and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. My pizza was quite greasy but it was super yummy, they even give you the option to spice it up with chili oil and pepper flakes, love that. Great coffee too.
