(November 21, 2021, 6:10 pm)The food is really good. The service was not the greatest. I had let one of the server's know we were ready to order twice and she said she would send someone over. When someone did finally arrive, they said that we had to order at the cash first and then the food will be brought to the table.
It would have been nice to know this before we sat down. They need to have a sign as soon as you enter explaining this process.
I would definitely go back because the food was great! -

(November 19, 2021, 12:46 am)Came here for brunch the first time two weeks ago and the food did not disappoint. When we first came in we were a little confused as to how ordering food worked and so on but the staff were really nice and informed us of how it worked. The food took a little longer than expected (peak hours so it's understandable) but the wait was definitely worth it. The food was incredible and the portions were perfect. Personally what stood out was the diner vibes and the friendly staff. If you're looking to try a new place to grab brunch I'd definitely give this place a try!

(November 18, 2021, 12:51 am)Skyway Jacks, is honestly the best place I have ever eaten my sunny side eggs and the pancakes were amazing. Aunt Jemima would have been proud for her syrup to get squeezed on these pancakes haha. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Clean place. And overall a good vibe from here. Thank you Kevin for running a fantastic place and having a supportive staff. Will be coming here more often. Signed :Michael C

(October 16, 2021, 5:02 pm)This place is our of our favourite establishments that we take great pride in supporting, not only because of the amazing food, generous portions, well grounded prices etc, but the service is impeccable, the staff are some of the most friendly on the planet, and the overall hospitality and feeling when your are all full and leave not only leaves you full and happy but you wish you didn't have to leave. We drive here, primarily for Breakfast/Lunch/the experience on the weekend from Kitchener and wish we lived closer to indulge even more often! if you have not visited Skyway Jacks yet, you are missing out and need to! Highly recommended 100%
