(March 1, 2023, 9:51 pm)So the line was very long but they worked through it quickly. There was one staff member who couldn't get through people at all. I was lucky that after waiting 45 minutes I was out in 5. Better than I expected on the first of the month. Happy March

(January 20, 2023, 1:55 pm)This location is the best Service Ontario I've visited. Lines move quicker and staff are helpful. This office is open on Thursdays until 7pm which is so beneficial for those of us who work from 9 to 5. Plenty of parking as well.

(January 6, 2023, 2:58 pm)I visited this place today(Friday morning) for Ontario photo card. Reached there at 8.30. Only 4 people were in the line. The office opened at 9. Many counters were open and my work was done by 9.10. Thank you for the fast service.

(June 24, 2022, 4:58 pm)I guess I was lucky, entered this Service Ontario place and for some reason, it was not busy. Did not find anything disturbing but it feels like whoever is working there is not enjoying their work. I could never understand how can Service Ontario be a Franchise and someone can own it, ALL our information is just a click away on that Computer. The place is 5/10 the green is too green and for a summer day this place looked like it has never been cleaned, they have a small piece of carpet at the entrance that looks like it has been there since 2010.I will have to give an honest review because everything went smoothly. Maybe because I had all the necessary documents.

(December 17, 2021, 5:23 pm)It was lunch time when I arrived, but there are plenty of staff. The social distancing is well maintained, and our waiting time is about 30 minutes. Only part of the health card application is accepted here.（no temporary work permit or student visa holder)
