  Clean gym, has showers and CrossFit equipment. Very good for the cost. 24 hour access is a plus and overall a very good vibe! Keep up the good work

  This is a medium sized gym that is VERY well equipped. It's a hidden gem, because there's no signage out front, so very few people know about it. Therefore, you never have to wait for a piece of equipment, as it's never crowded. In addition to all the usual free weights, kettle bells, weight machines, and cardio equipment, there are two functional training rooms with fake turf, TRX, huge tires, sledge hammers, battle ropes, gym sleds, rollers, bands, every kind of medicine ball, ropes to climb on, gymnastics rings, punching bags, peg walls, huge apparatus for pull ups, and I'm probably forgetting dozens of other items that they provide. There's a heated yoga room. The group fitness classes are similar to Cross Fit and they are AWESOME. At the time of writing, the drop in rate for a class is $10/day. The owner has his kinesiology degree from McMaster University and he is very knowledgeable. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

  Great facility. It would be 5 stars but the water fountain is located at the back of the gym near the change rooms, far from the fitness areas. They've tried to make up for this by conveniently placing water buckets around the gym that are replenished with fresh water from the ceiling, but it just isn't the same.

  Spartan facilities, but good quality machines, 95% availability, 24hr access. The trainers are great, and people are both focused and friendly.... not a lot of time wasting here, which is great if you're serious about getting in shape.
