My furnace stopped working on Dec. 30th – one of the worst times this could happen due to the Christmas holidays. I called Royal Comfort and they agreed to come the same evening.

Steve, the Royal Comfort representative, arrived within the promised time period, inspected the furnace and diagnosed it as a failed blower motor. He was not sure if that particular blower motor was available in the GTA and promised to check the next morning and let me know.

True to his word, Steve called me first thing in the morning, confirmed that the motor was available and, though they were busy with limited staff, agreed to have it installed the same day - New Year’s eve. Moreover the part was still under warranty and Steve agreed to put the warranty claim in and refund the cost of the part when the claim was settled.
Steve came at the promised time, replaced the motor and got our furnace working. Thank you Steve for your prompt and excellent service.

Steve is very knowledgeable and competent and answered all my questions patiently. We appreciate the prompt and efficient service by Royal Comfort and Steve in particular during the holidays.
