Ron diagnosed the problem with my lawn mower in 5 seconds! He repaired it the same day ... that's service!! He also took the time to teach me how to maintain the lawn mower so that it can run for the next 20 years. Thanks!!

Most honest and friendly man I have ever met. Went to him for a simple blade sharpening, Ron took 5 seconds to look at it and told me I didn’t need it. He easily could have taken my $20 and done work that wasn’t needed. Highly recommend Ron.

Ron Small Engine is fantastic! Other shops had turned me away, but when I brought him my pressure washer for repair, he was very diligent. He took care of every detail (spark plug, oil change, washers replaced), and he did it with a smile, a quick turnaround, and for a reasonable price. He walked me through annual maintenance and passed on a manual he wrote on how to keep my pressure washer working for years to come. Thanks again Ron!

All I can say is that we have received amazing customer service from Ron. We connected with him when we were having issues with our lawnmower. We fully understand why he charges a diagnostic fee up front. Ron is incredibly thorough & detailed. He provided us with a detailed breakdown of all the issues and options. Sadly our ol' Lawn boy (35yrs) had to be put to rest. Ron gave us a few options for mowers(with his own warranty) that he had and my hubby just loves the new mower. As he was able to diagnose the issue quickly he did refund us the unused portion of his time. As we had such a great experience I asked Ron to credit me the diagnostic fee as we also had a Toro snow thrower that needed a check up. When I reached out Ron 6mos later he knew exactly who we were. He sent us a detailed diagnostic report & estimate to repair our machine.
