(May 20, 2019, 2:17 pm)Thanks Restoration 1 Mississauga! Doug and Kevin are so professional, and the whole Restoration 1 team in general. From the Remediation/Demo all the way through to putting in back together. Doug walked us through all the steps and really took the stress off of us, We had just moved in to our new home and just our luck our basement flooded due to a water pump failular. We were devistated due to have put many of our things in the basment from the move, it was not a site you want to see walking into the basement of your home.
They managed to save alot of our belongings my wife cried she was so happy when they told her they were able to save some very personal special family items. they really made the whole experience a 10/10.
We have had a similar issue years ago and the company Paul Davis did the work and it was a huge disaster they left our home a complete mess and damaged our hard wood flooring upstairs taking garbage out, That was not the case here Doug and Kevin and the team left our home very clean, put up plastic with zipper doors, laid matts down Thanks so much Doug! We will always remember the great service you provided and i will be sure to let all my family and friends know if they ever run into this sort of problem.
And if anyone ever has a flood you will want call Doug at Restoration 1 Mississauga you wont be disapointed! -

I couldn't have been happier with their transparency and upbeat demeanor. Even though these type of services are necessary, the employees still carried themselves as if they truly wanted my business (even though they knew they already had the job).
I would recommend Restoration 1 any day.
