  I am absolutely thrilled with the services from the Mississauga location on Southdown RD. The staff is kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable. The spa is clean and I feel amazing after each treatment. I highly recommend this place. The attention to detail and explanation of procedures is at the gold standard.   I’ve been going to Q Esthetics to treat my acne and acne scars for about 1 year now, and I can’t stress how amazing it has been for me. Not only have the treatments been working, but the staff genuinely cares about your progress and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness while remaining extremely professional (shoutout to czarina!! She’s been amazing since day one.) Worth every penny!

  Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, Czarina did an excellent mole removal from my chin...I can't even tell where it was! (I am a fast healer, but to have it virtually disappear in a week or so is way beyond my expectations!) I didn't do it because of vanity - I was just tired of nicking it while shaving, and it took forever to stop the bleeding...thrilled!

  After reading such positive reviews and seeing great results via the gallery, I signed up for a consultation and subsequently four treatments of laser acne. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and feel that my face is in a worse state than when I started. First of all, it seems that the service is completely inconsistent here; I had one person for my first three treatments and another for my fourth. I barely felt the zing of the laser during my first three treatments but they were extremely strong for my fourth. The first person also did not do many extractions, whereas the second person aggressively pressed at my face, and now I'm left with some ugly red marks that should NOT be there after extractions. I've also begun breaking out after my fourth treatment, and am feeling quite frustrated by this whole experience. More importantly, there has been no visible improvement in my skin whatsoever.
  
  It seems like Czarina, who did my consultation, is a well-regarded nurse for treatments as per the reviews, but unfortunately I did not have her for any of mine. If the laser acne went well, I was going to sign up to treat my spider veins and dark circles as well, but I've completely lost faith in this place to do a good job. I'll be going back for a follow-up consultation in two weeks, but my confidence in the clinic has been shot.
  
  UPDATE:
  I had my follow-up consultation with Czarina and she was very helpful and professional about my treatment. Did not try to defend or push back, but instead was helpful and offered alternative options to my situation. She accepted the review as a learning experience and was extremely professional throughout the follow-up. I'm updating this to 3 stars given the wonderful service Czarina has provided.
