He was polite, and efficient and worked quickly to make sure our car would start and we could get going. This is the 2nd time my wife and I have used them as they have very good pricing. The door needed a new lock assembly, however, he explained the reason why the original had failed the door had dropped putting stress on the locking mechanism. Great service!
