I will definitely recommend platinum suites to my friends and families. I should thank Sarosh Iqbal because he is always actively listening customers and providing excellent services. Please try this place and you won't disappoint.

Here are the details about our overall experience which should help you all.
Booking process: (5 star)
1) Booking formalities was done and confirmed in one day without any hassles
2) Pricing was economic and competitive.
3) All question pre booking we answered in a timely manner which made us feel welcomed.
4) I was paying for what was promised/ shown in the virtual tour.
5) Excellent support from Mr. Sarosh Iqbal, thanks for the price match and discounted price.
Checking process: (5 star)
1) Quick – we were in our Suite in about 20 min.
2) We arrived late night and all the instruction very clearly detailed out over the email.
3) Our suite keys were kept at the front desk with all important information about parking, internet, cleaning, helpline contacts etc.
4) Fantastic job by Monica and the Platinum suites front desk team.
Suite Amenities and stay : (5 star)
1) Spacious
2) Clean
3) Fully furnished
4) Complete kitchen with all necessities, we felt at home.
5) Washer dyer, dish washer , everything was working and in good condition, we never felt away from our home.
6) We lived in a 1 BHK + 1 Den, the den had a door + a twin bed, working desk , it was my home office. (highly recommended)
7) Internet speeds was good all days.
8) Picturesque view from our suite balcony , we lived on the 30th floor.
Safety: (5 star)
1) 24x7 security team, effective camera system.
2) Honest and trustworthy staff.
Over all Platinum Suites is a surely a place to stay at for if you are visiting Mississauga (short term or long term).
All services we as promised and shown on the website / virtual tours. Its complete value for the money.

(July 1, 2020, 1:33 pm)I was so fortunate to find this place through my insurance company. A large kitchen fire had my family displaced, and our insurance company recommended Platinum Suites. This was an ideal place to stay while our home was being renovated. It is close to everything! The kids loved being so close to Square One, the movie theatre, and Playdium. Platinum Suites have staff on site, and the suite had in-suite laundry and a really nice sized kitchen. Living away from home isn’t easy, but this experience really made things easier on my family.

(January 28, 2020, 5:48 pm)We booked Platinum Suites when my American cousins came to stay with us for a few weeks last summer. Our house is simply too small to accommodate guests, and Platinum Suites is not only close to us, but right in downtown Mississauga. My relatives enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, but what they loved most of all was the full kitchen. It was so much more convenient for them to be able to make a good breakfast and lunch in their suite. One night, they even cooked dinner in their suite and invited my husband and son to dine with them. I'd definitely recommend Platinum Suites again for their next visit. It was comfortable, affordable and clean.
