I've lived here for five years and it's generally been a great experience. The walls are quite thick, so I rarely hear neighbour noise except through the front door. The balcony doors dor a great job of sealing off sound. Property management is great and the board has also done a really good job both before and during covid. The cleaning staff, super, and security are all friendly (say hi to them!) and competent, what else do you need? It's true that the elevators can be a pain during peak hours if two elevators are out of use (if three are down, RIP your legs), but this is true of most buildings. 48 floors means they get a lot of wear, but they are also very fast. I don't use the amenities very much to be honest, but they're nice enough.

There are some nice parks to the north and south (Dobkin park has a nice tiny forest pathway and a stream). T & T is a short walk away and there are lots of food options popping up within walking distance. Riverwood Conservancy/Erindale and Mississauga Valley are within biking distance. I've walked to Square One a bunch of times. It's a pretty walkable area for Mississauga and that will only improve in the future, which is great considering gas is $2 at the time of writing!

One of the best condo in the Mississauga square one area. Great unit layout, quality, concierge, facilities, cleanliness, reasonable maintenance fee.
Another great part for this building is the unobstructed view, which is rare in that area.

Its peaceful, and calm and beautiful view every where😍
It's like vacation home 🏡
