To start with I would like to say it is absolutely everybody's right to express and share their opinions and that's the only way we can improve any kind of customer service from the customer's feedback. I've been in medical field for almost 30 years and worked in so many healthcare settings between US and Canada and these years taught me that you can't please everybody the way we desire as healthcare providers. Medicine is like an ocean and nobody can reach the bottom of this ocean, I'm not saying this to defend the unqualified healthcare providers, but to clarify that treating human body and especially the Musculoskeletal system is very challenging and requires equal team effort between the patients and their therapists, it also requires time and patience. Physiotherapy is not any different from going to the gym. it needs dedication, commitment, and self-discipline.
Wish all the patients who comes to this clinic or any other physio clinic better health, strength and life quality. -

(November 15, 2017, 5:27 pm)I started coming here after my accident and had a great experience overall. I was given exercises for my neck and lower back which really helped me get better. The two doctors there are great. I’m able to get back to work with their help. I would recommend people to try this place, you have to experience it yourself.
