(February 10, 2021, 9:00 pm)Brought my puppy Barkley for his first grooming experience and I was a bit nervous as it was the first time but Paws Avenue made me feel at ease leaving him there. When I picked him up he smelled AMAZING and looked super relaxed and comfortable. His coat is really shiny and soft, he even had a cute little bandana on. Prices were also great for the service.
Edit: I stand by my review on the quality of service, however I went to change a grooming appointment date with more than 24 hours notice to which I was then informed that their policy is you need to call with 3 days in advance or you get charged a $30 cancellation fee. Completely ridiculous as life happens and if I’m giving more than 24 hour notice/not cancelling just moving the appointment I should not get charged, this isn’t how you keep customers happy and coming back. -

(October 19, 2020, 2:39 pm)I've been taking my wheaten terrier Charlee, my boarder collie Pippa and my daughters persian cat, Punkin to Paws Avenue Salon for at least 3 years. I'm particular about my wheatens groom and Paws Avenue has never disappointed...They truly listen to what you want, pay attention to detail and deliver top quality results every time. Paws Avenue is one of the most reasonably priced groomers in the area as well. Our cat has a thick long coat. When he comes out of the salon with his beautiful and perfectly done mane groom we are delighted. I think the cat feels much better too...

(October 17, 2020, 5:45 pm)I've been taking my one cat there for the past 3 years. Very good place to go but today they refused my second cat. Now I have to look for a new cat groomer. They just lost a loyal customer 🥺.

(February 1, 2020, 6:51 pm)We tried many different salon. PA by far is the best. Ellen and her team are super professional. I love her talent cutting skill on Bichon. And I can tell how much Ellen loves my dog Coco. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. Very satisfied and highly recommend place!!!
